Hi
My name is Dennis.
I'm new to the forum and new to the game.
I was introduced to the cigar world and its various qualities by a friend.
I instantly found a similar appreciation for the quality of manufacture and history , being a high caliber tradesman myself.
I realize that to some people,
A cigar is just a cigar...but to the person that rolled it...It's a masterpiece.
Cigars I've had:
Ashton vsg..wav
Padron 1964
Perdomo 20th anniversary
Ramon bueso
Cinco vegas a series
Partarga black
Gloria De cubana
Espinosa
Arg nesse
Cohiba from Cuba
Obsidian black
El diamonte prohibido
Kentucky fire cured
A few Honduran factory rejects
# 59 sweets
Cuba libre
Monte cristo
Several cheroots
And a few other knock offs
I didn't smoke all...
If some one showed an interest...I gave it to them.
I gave away the ashtons, the Padron, Ramon bueso, a Gloria De cubana, Cohiba.
I smoked:
Cheroots....I enjoyed
#59's...I enjoyed
Arg nesse...was ok
Monte cristo...was a small cigar but I enjoyed
Espinosa...I enjoyed
La Gloria De cubana...I enjoyed
Perdomo 20th anniversary..almost too strong
Partarga black...too strong
I'm afraid to smoke the others because I only have one of each...which is why I joined this site...at my friend's recommendation.
I've read the forum rules and newbie sticky.
My palate is not yet refined but I do enjoy smoking a great tasting smoke filled cigar with a friend or with morning coffee occasionally.
I hate the cheap production cigars...which is probably the reason I never learned about real cigars sooner.
I just wanted to say hi
To the cigar aficionado community.....so...
Hi

Greetings nig

You will enjoy the people here. Sometimes I have an antagonistic relationship with the folks here but most are good dudes who are eager to reply to any thoughts or questions you have. Have you tried a CAO Brazilia yet?

A former noob ratted him out for one of his monikers, but he was back after that time out for a while before disappearing again. The noob rat faded away shortly after I mentioned that the Dirty Rat was his kind of cigar.

I recall that he had to be a master douche, cause even Frankie Tripod was busting his balz.
He complained to us about customer service.
Then he complained to Customer service about us.

But, not sure if this is what got Cam put into deep freeze.

Those Gurk assassins you got earlier are pretty bad - even for Gurkha. Of this batch above, my first pick would be the Warpig. the only one I haven't smoked is the CAO. Be careful if you play with Gurkhas- most are mediocre smokes and the few good ones can get worse if they are made by license by internet sellers.

Thank you for the heads up
I appreciate it.
Hopefully
If they're bad ...
The excitement of winning my first bid will offset the disappointment.
I guess I can always try to trade em to one of my friends for better ones

Thank you king for taking it easy on my balls
They've had more than their share....

By Trading for better ones
I meant...
The random
Hey try this cigar.....
Then the next time I see them
They'll probably have a couple of random brands from their extensive humidors
for me to try
That's how I have obtained the cigars I have had so far
One friend gifted me the Padron and an Ashton
I showed them to another friend
He liked them
So I gave em to him
Next time I saw him
He gave me a couple cigars
I gave to my other friend
Then he gave me some other ones to try
Etc.etc
I was invited to a cigar shop event
Same thing
Passing around cigars
That's where I got the Espinosa
And one called a gunslinger
........ So I'll give a couple of the assassins away
I'm sure they will gift me something later
They're good guys
With tons of cigars and experience
Seems they enjoy my newfound interest in quality smoke
They call me Their friend too
I'm glad to meet more new friends of the leaf here
Thanks
You make my life better
I enjoy reading all your post in the forums
And your knowledge

Hi
I am not a fan of most of the sticks in your sampler, though you should try them; tastes differ. Of the ten cigars La Perks Habana 1515 (last time I checked blended/made by AJ Fernandez) would be my choice followed by the Genesis maybe the CAO.
One could spend the twenty here on two five packs, you lose something in diversity, but gain in flavor or buy one nicer 5 pack reminding yourself five good cigars are better than 10 yard cigars.
I would change your frequency of shipping option to weekly and be sure to check the general shipping charges ,that change by quantity ordered after the first item.
Good Luck

Thank you

I won a bid on a
5 pack of 5 Vegas cask strength firkin
Gordo 6.0 / 60.
A friend also gave me a
Rocky patel vintage 1992
I bought the ten sampler mostly
For the humidor
And the opportunity to try out the selection
And to have some to share
With the generous smokers
Who have shared with me.

The sharing,
I really have enjoyed
