Been digging their last tour or two. Was gonna catch them in PHX but things went astray.

Listening to the live stream right now from NJ. Been so good in between sets I decided to get grilled for the first time in about a decade. Family is inside, I had a little (something about willie Nelson’s nursinghome), and I partook.

Front drive, headphones, family inside, beer, louiedog, dead, buzz, grin, what song was this, it’s a jam changing to..... effin weather delay in NJ.

Announcers announced the second set then left thinking they were done for the night. They all had to come back and sound effed up.. Me too. I was in a zone and it’s disrupting. I’m alone outside grilled for the first time in a decade and plans have changed. How great is this? It feels like this took several hours to type this, I’m using words like “digging” and “grilled” and have no recollection of what I just typed and am about to hit send.

Why did I quit!they should start again soon. I should go.

They don’t claim to be the dead. There is no other jerry. Doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy them.

Oteil benbridge is awsome and I love his voice. No fan of John Meyer previously but he is incredible.

Jade how about listening to them a bit as a band of their own. Very enjoyable. I was hesitant to.

If you don’t like them afterwards cool. But it’s nit lack I’d talent.

I had to go inside. There are people in my living room. I think it’s family but don’t want to look.

Haven't listened to any of the new Dead stuff since Jerry passed. But did enjoy some of Weir's earlly solo work with RatDogs (IIRC).

Thought the addition of Mayer was interesting, and brought a little of the blues influence back that was lost when Pig Pen passed.

Went on a whim to the Saturday show last weekend. Best concert I’ve seen in a couple decades. Wow.

Downloaded the entire show from YouTube and watched it last night. What a great show.

I heard a band called dumpstaphunk while hanging in the parking lot. Been listening to them ever since. I wish you would has me addicted.

I have never seen so much weed in my life as I did at that show. I’ve been to quite a few shows but this was unreal. There was a giant cloud of smoke over the stadium. In the video at times you can see it wafting on to the stage.

We had a code in the day for asking each other if we wanted to get baked. It was either time for a safety meeting or time to take our shoes off.

I think it's just an excuse to get all f'd up with your buddies from the 60s and 70s.

Modern day code... "yo, fire that sh*t up".

Extreme talent throughout the band. Not to many other bands compare in that regard.
