Nice! It looks a lot like the cargo planes that fly in and out of Augusta, Georgia, almost always in pairs.

What is either hanging out of the back of the fuselage or on the right elevator tip?

He probably did ten touch and goes at the old William Air Force Base in Queen Creek, turning to base leg right over our house.

That is where they hook the plane tail banner sign that reads (Welcome to Myrtle Beach ) or (GoodYear tires on sale now at Tommy Joe's Tire Shop!) Anxious
