Just smoked the last HU Royal Robusto from LUB '14. I hope the two more boxes I ordered are as good.

From Julian's auction a couple years ago? Funny, I pulled one the other week, just haven't found the "right" moment to spark it up.

That would be correct and it was a very fine smoke.

Monty #2 purchased a year ago in Italy and it's a good one. They can be inconsistent at times but this one was perfect.

La Gloria Cubana - Medaille D`or No.4

SO much smoke from such a skinny little cigar.
Enjoyed it thoroughly . . . all the way down to the nub.
Finished it off with a toothpick.

Last night:
Siglo III - can't recall the year, but was nice
Sancho Panza Bel -Nov 16, these are interesting, very unique flavor profile compared to most other CCs I've smoked.
RyJ coronitos wn cedro - from a recently discovered box of '12s. Still smoking nice, but the Basil Hayden's was starting to kick in so....

QdO Corona - only my thrid from this box, but it's now had a year rest and I'm starting to see the attraction. First two were way too wet and harsh, but this one is a treat.

I saw that but passed due to lack of storage space left and trying to cut back on buying right now since I realize I may have too many lol.

What do you playas think about Quintero cigars??

I’m not one of the elitists on here so I’m looking for a Cuban that won’t break the bank. I saw everyone was diggin’ on them on a Cuban cigar site, saying they are a bargain for the quality they are.

Smoked an old Punch Royal Selection No.11. Didn't have the date on it but at least 10 years old. Pretty good and full flavored. I haven't smoked may cigars over the last ten years so my palate could be off but I liked it. fog

No phone...no letter....not even an email or Facebook update for a decade. Me and your mother were worried sick, now send OpFTH all your cigars until we think of your punishment.

9 years and no phone call or letter, me and your mother were worried sick that you were picked up by Jamie and held captive in his van. Now send Frank your Cohibas and we will think of your punishment.

Monte Dante's - only my second one, but so far these have failed to wow me, glad I got them on sale. Maybe a longer rest will bring something out of them, but can't justify the price based on the current performance.

By the way, does this outsourcing contract mean more production at lower wages? I am thinking of unionizing if so!

It would've sounded more convincing if he said it with a yiddish accent.

It was great, surprisingly mild the first half with a nice strong finish and nicotine kick. Perfect on a cool Sunday morning with my mug of coffee. I can see why it is one of your favorites. Thanks again!
