Can it be re-humidified or if I keep it closed does it even need to be?

Don’t rightly know but you could put a Boveda bag inside to help keep it humidified.

It has been a good while since I have ordered Perdomo. I am assuming you are speaking of the bags that the cigars come in? The thick sealed humidified ziplock bag? The bag that was made to hold humidity once humidity has been placed inside it? Those Bags?

Ok, Let's think of humidity being like a little bitty bird and the bag, cooler, tupadore, ziplock bag like a little bitty bird cage. If you open the cage then guess what, the bird escapes and you are left singing bye bye birdie. In order for the cage to hold the bird there has to be no way for the bird to escape. If it does escape you have to do something to put the humidity back in it such as a boveda pack, a water pillow, distilled water etc. Once you do that the bag unless, not sealed or has holes in it or you open it, will hold the humidity.

Now to answer the next 4 questions you will be asking.

Yes, you have to put some sort of item such as boveda packs, water pillows, heartfelt beads, cigar juice, distilled water etc in your hard plastic Travel Humidor in order to get it humidified and to hold the RH because once you open it Bye Bye Birdie

Yes, you have to put some sort of item such as boveda packs, water pillows, heartfelt beads, cigar juice, distilled etc in your spanish cedar Humidor in order to get it humidified and to hold the RH. because it is wood and wood breathes also, once you open it Bye Bye Birdie.

Now for my advice, First and foremost. STAY AWAY FROM THE ALCOHOL when trying to figure out small technical things and always think about the question for 3 minutes before you ask.

Hope this helps
