I'd be concerned if it wasn't that way.

I work with a lot of younger folks, men and women, black, white and hispanic... who were happy he got confirmed.

Conservative values. The 'spoiled child' reactions of the left is making more people #walkaway.

The 'counter-protesters' yesterday were a pretty good mix....less than half were white males...talked with Hispanic women, black males, young women... and a few old white guys...One lady had her three teenage kids with their MAGA hats on...brave folks..lol....was pretty cool. We took a couple young women to dinner afterward. They're working as interns at The Heritage Foundation. Really sharp young ladies. Gives one a little hope about that generation.

We have an uncouth President May as well have an uncouth Justice to go with him.

Not sure if the Constitution is the real winner here...con controlled SCOTUS have taken liberties to "explain what the founding fathers meant" while justifying huge legal leaps...most destructive recent case which exemplifies this is Citizen's United, a case that unleashed the "Dark Money" that has accelerated and further sharpened political division...

Do cons really think the founding fathers believed that money is speech and that corporations are people?

...those concepts can't be found in any part of the Constitution, nor in any documents written by the framers...

From what I read of him you shouldn't expect a "win for the Constitution". But that's ok. Given the president, one wouldn't expect a judge who believes in the Constitution.

Not a really hard concept to understand. It’s about freedom to spend as much as one wants to have his speech heard.

That being said, I think it needs to be overturned.

I think she has been dead for sometime, the democrats just popped in a couple of glass eyes and wheel her around on a hand truck hopping Trump won't be able to pick another Justice.

How is Kavanaugh uncouth?

The FBI found nothing to suggest that Ford's claims were credible. It was 36 years ago and she likely doesn't remember correctly. She is obviously troubled but made some bold claims with nothing to support them, and in fact those involved deny it all. Friends and foes.

So tell us. Why is he uncouth?
Because his emotions during that democrat led debacle was a breath of fresh air. We think of these individuals as inhuman, but they're not.

I can't image anyone not fighting back given the circumstances. It seems ridiculous to me for anyone to contend that he is unfit due to his temperament.

But what if he's residing on a case and he's suddenly accused of raping someone 4 decades ago? I mean, that happens all the time and now we know he can't hold it together.
