I am learning it is about the quality. ..

That is very true. A couple years back I kinda made the switch. I smoke a ton of cigars, so, when I do I don't want to smoke a dog rocket. I ended up donating a bunch of cigars and kept mostly my premium one. That doesn't mean that all I have are high end cigars, it just means I am not buying the 30 dollar sampler packs or random, super deals on here.

However, I do keep a supply of "friendly fivers" for football wagers (not everyone is willing to put up a premium or super premium fiver on a game.

Feel free if you are doing a trade to bounce what you are going to send off of a vet on here. They won't give you any $hit if you are trying to do the right thing on a trade. If in doubt....ask.

Feel free to pm me if you have any questions in the future. I was and am still a noob at heart.

Received Lance's end of the trade.

Diamond Crown #4
MF La Antiguedad
LGC Serie R Black 58
Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversay Champagne
And.............

an AF Opus X Perfecxion 888. Definitely never had this one. I haven't even seen it before.

Thanks for the trade Lance.

Enjoy those cigars. I expect to see them on the "What you smokin" thread soon. Don't "collect them, smoke them".

No problem. I have to get them back to the moisture I like before I can smoke. But I can't wait.

I saw a guy on Reddit who posted he bought some Opus X and I have the eye of the shark up in Newark Delaware. So I made a road trip you last week and picked up some

That Opus X was not even on my app that I store all my cigars in. Had to get them to add that

Not very often am I at a loss for words (as those I have been able to meet on here can attest) but I am today. I sent Marcus/mjrburn a pretty decent Cuban sampler and he turned around and leveled my mailbox.

Marcus, you went way above what I expected in return (which I will note and address at a future time). Thank you very much.

Here are the damages.

Daniel Marshall Red Band robusto
Cohiba Black Nicaragua Robbie
Opus X Lost City Robbie
La Boheme Robbie
CAO Flathead 660

Which is a nice selection of cigars........

Oh, and he included a Box of Tatuaje Skinny Monsters Cazadores Edition!!!!!

Wow. Speechless.

Hey stinger,
I bought a bottle of Four Roses bourbon this morning and have it chilling now... any of the selection you sent me that you would suggest having with it? I'm thinking the Partagas or the HU magnum.

Couldn’t tell you. Now if you want, you can drink a Corona or Mio Lemonade. Those seem to be my go to’s.

Can't argue with you on that, Corona is always a good choice. I've yet to try Mio's lemonade but a friend told me it kicks azz with a Hemingway, gotta give that a shot.
We're in for some cool weather in upstate SC this weekend, thought I might sip a little bourbon to keep me warm and enjoy one of those CCs... then again, I may just wear a jacket and go for the Corona! Beer

Might I suggest some Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon. If you have not had it the bourbon is aged in a port barrel. I like it because it really brings out a lot of flavors in cigars.

You know we can't get any fancy chit like that in these here parts, Ewok. Hell all our local totalwine stocks is Fighting C@ck and Jack Daniels, you hafta special order anything else and wait a month for it d'oh!

Seriously, no one local stocks it, I'll see if I can have it shipped. I'm going to Charlotte NC next weekend, maybe i can score some around there. Thanks for the recommendation!

Any time brother, You watch your ass in Charlotte. That place scares the piss out of me. I always avoided that place as much as I avoided downtown Atlanta.

If you don't have any luck finding it let me know. I can check with CE, the owner of our local shop. He usually keeps me a bottle of Wellers on hold. I can check with him and see if he can put me back a bottle for you if ya like.

Looking to do a "blind" trade.

Have you wanted to try a CC but just don't have a connection?

Well, I might be your man. Looking to trade a random assortment of CCs for some newer cigars. If you have trade cred established, I will send first. Once you receive, just return fire with what you think is appropriate.

After reading the entire thread, I have to say I'm excited and would love to play on this deal. I'm not a noon smoker... But new to forum.
