Ok, I'm new to the cigar thing but holy cow!, this Gurkha HMR has an opening bid of $400. Does it come with a brick or cocaine or something? It better be amazing for that amount of coin. Thoughts?

Sooooooo... I'm gonna avoid the dozen or so obvious prostitute related jokes and assume "quick pump" refers to the gas station you've worked at for the last 38 years without promotion... I'm gonna call you Skippy... I've never had anyone pump my gas but if I did, I imagine it would end with me calling said person Skippy and throwing a nickel at their face...

Anywho Skip, gurkas are terrible... Don't waste your time,no matter what the price tag says...

Thanks for the input ma'am. You sound nice. Like an old lady giving out sticks of gum and dental floss on Halloween. Tonight while you're telling your friends (14 cats) the story of how you gave yet another person on the internet an awesome nickname rest assured that I will most definitely be touching myself using the tears you caused as lube for my private time.

Sincerely,
Skippy the Magic Pump

I was wondering when the rest of the Golden Girls would show up. You have a half naked chick on a bed for a profile pic so you must be the cool one. 👍

Applause

Not bad Pump!
Gurkhas suq btw.
A long time ago, some that sold in B&Ms only, were pretty good (so I hear from reliable sources)
Now?
You MAY find a decent Gurkha at a decent price online somewhere.
But the chances of that cigar remaining relatively consistent (you buying more a year later or so) is very slim.

Tnx for the input Cove. I've been doing some research and it seems not too many ppl care much for the brand. I've got my eye on quite a few samplers so I'll stumble my way through till I find what I like. Read about keeping a cigar journal, for sure gonna do that.

I have two of these that I paid $5.00 each for. It was a mistake by the vendor but they let me keep them.

Zito - You should smoke one and write a review. I've had the cheaper infused version Gurkha and thought that an Oliveros cognac infused one was better and cheaper (not that I would buy either of them again).

Gurkha is the Nickelback of cigars. SOME people must like them, because they're still in business, but I can't name a single person I know that likes them.

Gurkha is the cigar that douchebag frat boy type dudes smoke on their poker nights, which is the only time they smoke cigars.
