You want to go shooting with your macho buddies so you can load the cylinder with some .45 Colt rounds to demonstrate the revolver then drop in some hot Underwood ammunition .460 rounds to let your buddies shoot. Whistle

I had one for a while. There was a few years where I was a recoil junkie.

Started with a Taurus 454, then picked up a Performance Center 460.

Then I sold the guns and dies and stuff and got a 500 and that was the end of my big bore chasing. It was fun to let other people shoot it, but that was it. I never took it out to the range by myself, and probably only pulled the trigger on 20 rounds. I didn't even get around to trying to handload for it, because it was just too ridiculous. The 454 and 460 were a little more fun but I downloaded my cartridges after a handful of full bore loads.

They're all gone now. Sticking with 357
