Got some left over smoked turk?



Mix 2 parts Orange Marmalade with 1 part Sambal Olelek or Sriracha. Slather one piece good sourdough with this. The other piece slather with cream cheese. Add big ol' stack smoked turk. Eat 3 or 4 of these until you know your morning coffee dump is gonna burn.
