Dave, that isn't what being Republican/conservative is about. That is about as dirty as politics get.

Their actions Dave. I am unwilling to accept that this is the new normal. This isn't the Republicans I know, it isn't the Republicans who reside here.

Gotcha. Sorry!

going to have to get a bigger phone....typing blows, but even reading is getting to be 'challenging'

I read your post (twice) as saying "Dave, isn't that what being Republican/conservative is about."

My aging brain flipped two words and fd up your meaning completely

I didn't even know what this was about, had to look it up. For some reason it didn't hit my news feeds.

seems that the out-going GOP "leadership" in Michigan is using the same playbook...

This disrespect for American democracy will eventually lead to our demise.

I sincerely hope the Dems do not pull this kind of shenanigans when they are voted out of office.

So, limiting executive power is repulsive, but expanding it is God like....

Ok......

I don’t live in Cheesehead land so it’s not my concern, they get to live with their choices.

no.
doing the deed on the way out is clearly ignoring the wishes of the voters...whatever those wishes may be.

Z, take executive power out of the equation for a moment if you will. For politicians to pass laws based on animus without regard for the people is unacceptable. This goes for both sides of the aisle. Anytime they say how can we F over the other side I think we the people loose. Now put executive power back in the equation. Should it be limited or minimized? Yes. But that is a different discussion at least for me.

Actually the people spoke, and Hillary won the popular vote. Thankfully she did not win the electoral college. I would be bitc*ing even more if she had won. As far as Democrats fighting legitimate nominees, that is BS. I said both sides of the aisle and meant it. If our 2 new members of SCOTUS are constitutionalists I am well pleased. I think Barr, if nominated will be a good choice for AG. Please be more concise.

#fauxoutrage. Unless of course you are saying your rage is mostly faux.

I am outraged that I can't take a drive and sit at a nice winery enjoying the scenery and having a great glass of wine. Does that count?
