You guys are great... Appreciate the prayers more than you can know... Baby girl has a little infection in her bronchials... I think... I don't absorb much from the doctors... We're in icu for a couple of days... The boy is with grandma and grandpa for the night... we're sleeping next to baby girl... Continued prayers are,again, more appreciated than I can express...

Al, my friend, I was losing my mind for a bit there... I had to drive home and grab clothes and then meet the ambulance that was transferring her to the children's hospital and I frankly was having difficulty pulling myself together...

There seriously would've been not a cigar in sight if not for the amazingly generous (and very top shelf) 6er you snuck into that see's bag you gave me for the wife! That padron might've saved my life, for realsie... You might be an angel without knowing it...

We haven't eaten since breakfast... Cafeteria didn't look too appetizing... Someone snuck an in n out gift card into the 6 pack of cigars he gave me and there just so happens to be an in n out down the road from valley children's hospital... I'm telling you Al, you should be checked for wings...

Not trying to be an a$$, Miss Shana, but I have had pics that have been approved, and IMHO, were closer to "soft p" than my latest round of submissions. i realize that on occasion, I come "close to the line", but I do feel like i have never "crossed" that line. The only reason I asked about the "sabbatical" was because it seemed like NO new pics, (girlie pics or otherwise), had been approved for about a week or so. Not complaining, just curious, that's all .

Driving through chik fil a... Someone dressed as a giant cow came by and I was able to video call my daughter so she could see... She was super impressed...

Doctors are optimistic she will be good enough to go home in 5 days or so... She has rhinoentero virus... Still in icu but she just got the all clear to start eating and drinking, so they must be confident she's not going to relapse...

Valley Children's hospital is amazing! They gave us the option of moving into the Ronald McDonald house next door since we will be here for a little while... Everyone is very compassionate... They came and brought my daughter brand new frozen dolls and playdough and books... They bring my wife cookies from the staff break room and gave her access to the Christmas lunch they're having...

Thank you all again for the love,the thoughts, the prayers... They go so much further than you can know....

Last December, we had to rush my 3 day old granddaughter to the hospital because of severe dehydration and an extremely elevated bilirubin level. The staff in the NICU at A.I. DuPont Children's Hospital in Wilmington Delaware pretty much treated us the same way as you have described above. WONDERFUL, caring people. I imagine it's like that in ANY children's hospital.

SO glad to hear your little girl is well on her way to getting better, Joel.
