How does a professional basketball team, one with a proud and storied past, get totally embarrassed by a lop-sided score more often seen in women's college basketball or Dream Team Olympics?

Celtics are good, prolly a playoff team barring injuries, but jeez...beating another pro team by 56 points...wtf

and the Celts have been a work in progress too. Haven't quite figured out the chemistry and the rotations yet either...though Stevens is probably going to gt them on track and I do expect a reasonable run at a title...Though Philly has made a move or two that might give them a edge in the East, Toronto too.
It's not getting by LeBron anymore, the East has become deeper.

That said, the C's vaunted offense has had a good little 5 game run. Finally.

I've been waiting for Brad Stevens to get these guys on the right track. You get 2 of your best players back from injury and you should be winning more games, not struggling, but I guess in basketball the team needs to play together and find their rhythm.

He had them ballin' with Kyrie and Heyward on the bench. How do you add that talent and get worse?

How do you fall behind 17-0? Now today these prima donnas called a player's only meeting, crying that the new coach is practicing them too hard.

Kyrie has had less trouble meshing, but don't forget Heyward only played 5 MINUTES last year...it's like he's brand new again and has to not just figure out his role but he is still overcoming the mental aspect of such a horrendous injury. Similar to Paul George, only George was like 24 when it happened and Heyward is like 30. He's showing signs of coming around though.

The other adjustments are the roles of the guys who stepped up last year. Terry Rozier went from starting point guard in the pressure of the playoffs to a back up rotation role, and the two young and gifted wing guys, Tatum and Brown, are having to give up minutes to Heyward and figure out how to play with him, something they did not have to learn last year.

Takes a little time, it's nice to have your problem be too much talent and how to manage it though. I expect a big second half and playoff run, assuming health.

Bulls have no depth, and overpaid Levine.

One of the worst Bulls teams ever. I hate the signings of Levine and Parker. At least they can bail on Parker at seasons end. To bad Reinsdorf is so loyal. Paxon and Forman should have been gone long ago. Who is their next coach from Iowa State?

Celts have won 8 in a row.
Stevens may have figured out the rotation.

So the Bulls now have a 20M 4 minute a game player.

at least he plays...the Lakers had Luol Deng for two years and he played in 4 games, total of about 20 minutes over those two years...$18M/yr...apparently he was good in the locker room and the practice floor...

It's the Chicago connection Al. Noah also is making a lot not to play. It is nice to see Derrick Rose have a little success. He was so brilliant before his injury woes.
