Was down to my last 50lb bag of chicken feed already. Bought 350lbs in early November thought it would last till early spring thaw.

Another 300lbs loaded into the shed.

Rubbed a Boston butt and stuck it in the smoker. Probably too late for dinner though.

Yes. That was when grmcooper was in MO, and 8track's humor would suggest that thread is exactly why he called it bobcatland.

Ah... Didn't realize that photo was from MO...

So does that mean if I move there I can bag myself a grmcooper and get it hung on my mantle?

Woke up by telemarketer this morning. Had to look at the caller ID, because I'm expecting a call today.

Telemarketing should be banned. Who has ever met a person who enjoyed telemarketers, or had praise for them and not complaints?

Tossed the pork butt from yesterday. Rushed it/too hot and had a lump of dry rubber when I pulled it off.

Chicken brined overnight, going on now for dinner tonight.

Got the boat out of storage. I ain't even looked at it for 2-3 months. Batteries are at 66%, so it won't start... charging them now. I'll run the motor for 20 minutes or so and then put it back and cover it up again.

Tires barely lost any pressure. Went from 50-47psi.

Hey if you knuckle draggers have a Chik-fil-A nearby and you don't have their app... you'ze cray-cray, yo.

I got 2 rewards from my local today. A free sammich and a free yogurt parfait... no purchase necessary.

No. You link it to a CC, but it is never charged unless you order something. No lines, no waiting... the store by me is a madhouse. They have people outside taking drive-thru orders. I order on the app, set my pickup time... and walk in, grab it and go.

But how often do you go to a chick fila?
I mean... I think I get food from a BK or McDonalds about 4 times a year and only when we're on the road to Tahoe.

I don't eat at that sort of restaurant any other time....

I've eaten cfa Opel... Meh. Tasty... But still fast food.

When I was young I knew people who were adamant about one soda over another. It's all the same stuff. If you've had enough of it to be arguing the nuances of it, you may need to rethink your diet. :)

I give zero f-ks what soda I drink, and I give zero f-ks what fast food restaurant I stop at (if I find myself in a position where I am eating fast food)

used to work micro for a slaughterhouse that processed 2000 head of cattle a day... All meat is not created equal, nor are the institutions that serve said meat... There's a reason I'm pro in n out and chik fil a and definitely not a fan of McDonald's and burger king...

Spicy deluxe... It's what fried chicken should taste like... It'll punish your insides but I've found washing it down with a shake helps... Also, fries well done is a must... I put it on equal footing with in n out...

Opel... You're talking gradation of low end meat. Low end meat that's nuked to the end of it's life as it is...

You're not gonna get me to have a desire to prefer one bag of greasy crap (and yes, I get a craving for these bags of greasy crap on occasion, just rarely) over another. I can't personally tell the difference between them and would need to eat way more than I do to be able to differentiate them. Not gonna happen.

If you want to start discussing quality of cappuccinos and lattes at various coffee shops around the bay area, then I'm going to have an opinion.

Haven't been to a taco bell in 6 or 7 years...

I do like Chipotle.... But again, haven't been to one in a year I think. Go to a local burrito place every couple weeks. Maybe that counts as fast food.
