Yup. Buddy's got a 91 30 footer of some sort with a Cummins in the tail. Got it sub 10k. Did a lot of work to it. Brings it to track events, towing a pretty big enclosed car trailer too.

If I ever went the motorhome route instead of towable, I'd want a super C like the Jayco Seneca. If I had lotto money, a Prevost would be on my shopping list

Rumors of Walmart clearancing tons of Lego sets, so I made a run. Looks like everybody else did too. Might've had 10 sets total on the shelves, none of the clearance items left. Super bummed, they discounted the Millenium Falcon set to $80 but my store didn't have anything left.

Foiled my butt at 145°. Never done that bit before, I've always left it open till finish and wrapped to cool slowly. It's at 180ish at last check with smoker at 225. Was basting it before wrapping too, so this'll be an all new experience, or a waste of time. Will find out in a few hours.

Managed to catch the flu this weekend. Fortunately only really bad days were Sat and sun... Unfortunately.... It was sat and sun.

I'm hit or miss on getting the flu shot every year, mainly because I am not around hospitals or children, so I rarely catch the flu... But this year I must have interacted with a vector.

So do you have any idea of which of the 3 potential vectors did you in?

If you're short on time, foil it. After 4-5 hours, it's got all the smoke flavor it's gonna get. Once foiled, the cook goes much faster.

No crunchy bark, though.

Edit: Ok, so I see you foiled... let us know how it turned out.

Turned out ok ish. But not much for crispy bits.

Don't know that the foil saved much time overall, still took 10 hours.

Made a no-rise yeast dough similar to the pizza dough I make, cut it into strips and wrapped it around some lil smokies... It's pigs in a blanket but if you call it pigs in a blanket people think you're making cut up ballpark franks wrapped in pillsbury synthetic dough substitute...

Pigs in a blanket snob? Who'da thunk

Credit Union contacted wife yesterday about suspicious charge from some designer clothing place. Wife said not us. Had new card in less than 20 hours.
Today, a package shows up with $700 Prada sneakers. Not sure what the angle is...unless the credit card thief was so stupid that he forgot to change the shipping address on his order. wtf...go to the trouble to buy stolen cc numbers and then f up the address when you try to use 'em?
