I dunno bout world war 3... Maybe a 3 hour skirmish? When the US decides Maduro is gone, he's either dead or living in exile relatively quickly... I'm guessing the latter without so much as a shot fired from our troops...

#2 This is just a skirmish/battle within the bigger picture. Should have clarified that.

Off the top of my head we got:

Iraq (US Iran proxy war??)
Afghanistan
Syria (US Russia Proxy War, prolly throw Iran and Israel in there)
Israel/Palestine
Ukraine (US Russia Proxy War)
Tensions in the South China Sea
Pakistan/India
Libyan "Civil War"
Venezuela (US Russia Proxy Battle)
Yemen (Israel/US/Russia/Iran/Saudi Proxy War)

Im sure I'm missing some...

I do not see the U.S. waging even limited war, no matter how short of a time it would last. Remember Russia has already warned us not to intervene. Maybe some military involvement to guard an deliver food and supplies but I think that will be the extent of it while Maduro is hanging on.

Yes, to the degree their pressure narrows responses.

There are literally dozens of ways to oust Maduro...….....from no U S prints at all to sending a clear message and signing it with a big **** you as we exit out the back door.Highly likely Maduro's days are numbered in double digits or less.

With all the hullabaloo about Trump being influenced by the Russians, he might overreact in Venezuela to prove he is not being influenced by the Russians who want him to stay out.

Actually, I mean I'll never believe it. What a whopper of a story.

Let’s stop trump before he’s lbj and Vietnam rather than excising things.
