Radical animal rights activists that are waaaaay outta hand. Raising money for their own greedy agenda sand they even kill animals themselves.

Anti-Hunting/Anti-Fishing and too much more. Sorry underhanded organizations!

Here is the start of some reading

PETA's one of my favorite groups. Definitely an idea I can fully support.

People
Eating
Tasty
Animals

That's the one. Right?

I think we should all pitch in and send em a good donation package.

A few furs, some antlers, a couple of dozen color dyed rabbits feet on key chains, Dan's cookbook "How to Smoke Tasty Animals". I will pitch in a couple of tickets to the next upcoming Rattlesnake Roundup so they can get a nice pair of boots and a smaich. Anyone got a mounted doe head they want to donate to the cause? Gots to keep their lobby looking good you know.

I'll agree with you about PETA, not the other 2. But I will throw out 2 other names of crazies. Green Peace and Voluntary Human Extinction Movement.

You don't know what a smaitch is? I thought everyone knew that. Well, I'm not going to tell you. You'll figure it out.

PETA is under the umbrella of HSUS...You make a "whale" of a good point about those other 2!

Its sandwich bait......

Then again I think the true definition is

Smaich- A stroked out ding dong that can't see or type for chit but yet tries to on both accounts. Brick wall

The voluntary human extinction movement sounds like a great group...

Kinda wish most people belonged to it...

PETA is a bit on the absurd side...
Lumping them in with ASPCA and humane society suggests you aren't looking all that close at the organizations.

Green peace is probably closer to PETA...

The group I always disliked is those whale wars guys... Look like a bunch of morons trying to get the spotlight.

ASPCA and US Humane Society are gold diggers draping themselves with animal lovers...admirable missions with greedy execution...just look at their financial statements and amount of money spent on administrative costs vs mission oriented activities...

if you are a donor, send it to the local animal control shelters...

I agree with you delta on finance for those orgs... Much better local orgs which use the money more wisely....

But I wouldn't lump them in with PETA, simply because they don't do the ridiculous campaigns...

ASPCA uses only 5% for animal rescue. The other 95% in “contributions” goes to other agendas such as attacking our 2nd amendment RIGHTS!

I support my local animal shelters. I also support conservation efforts that include responsible harvesting of natural resources, including animals. I would have to guess this is how most people feel. Like every other gaddam thing we talk about, only the loonies get the press.

All kidding aside. There is a special place in hell for people who intentionally hurt animals. I'm also against "sport/trophy" hunting of any kind: Unless it's animal vs. naked unarmed human. fog ram27bat

The tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorist in me thinks that PETA is some kind of front group or controlled opposition.

And this is why I think that. https://www.petakillsanimals.com/
