I recently picked up cigars again after about 12 years. My favorite smoke used to be Carlos Torano signature, but I ordered a box of them and they were nothing like I remember them. Not sure if my palate has changed, the cigar has changed or both.now I am trying to find a cigar that I like. So fast noggin has really grabbed my attention. Looking for something medium bodied, either spicy or creamy. My mood and what I am drinking dictates whether I want spicy or creamy. Can anyone suggest something $10/stick or less please? Thanks. Most of the cigars I remember are gone.

He says he's been out of the game for 12 years... Says he likes spicy sometimes and creamy sometimes... The sampler has a nice selection of both and can be had at under $7/stick... I think it fits nicely...

As for cbid dollars, I wouldn't know what those are anymore... Haven't priced anything at this site in years... I'll pay more elsewhere to not deal with their shenanigans...

Eh.........I didn’t buy here for a loooong time.
But recently, there’s a handful of regular rotation smokes that I can get here for less, than any place else.
Shipping, so far, has been fine.

Prolly just jinxed my azz.....

I just can't bring myself to do it.... Do they give you shipping options or are you forced into the atrocious ups super saver shipping?

I doubt you jinxed yourself.... Might've just Shana'd yourself though...Anxious

I got Shana’d..................sounds so......................naughty...

Seriously though, have you ever bothered to read all the “new” terms and conditions?!
Ha! They take responsibility..............for nothing at all....

That said, my opinion is that cbid has, in many ways, got the ship righted somewhat.
Website has been stable.
Most report shipping, ordering and delivery has been stable. (Shipping options still suq, but maybe they address that some day)
They are selling Padrons again (still can’t compete with the other place...for now)
The Fuente selection has broadened.
They got me buying here again..............and that took some doing.

Shipping is a few bucks too high...but I save way too much on cigars here to worry about that.

I think the Brazilia is a great suggestion.
Hoyo de Monterrey by AJ Fernandez...And some of the Romeo's also.

Don’t listen to Z.
The Brazilia of today is a decent yard gar at best, despite the high praises from GNF.

The El Centurion is a nice creamy mild smoke...
Oliva V has a spicy, peppery aspect to its full set of flavors...

but if you're spending about $10 a cigar, you can't go wrong with the smaller vitolas of Padron Anniversary 1926 or 1964, natural or maduro, for a quality spicy cigar...

If I recall right, Torano is no longer family-run, they got bought out by a giant cigar conglomerate who makes the sticks now. That might explain the differences.

A certain online cigar seller out of Philadelphia that rhymes with "bolts" is doing a closeout deal on the Room 101 Chief Cool Arrow 2016 limited edition. This cigar is a fantastic 5-nation blend rolled by highly-skilled Davidoff rollers, originally sold for $12.50 to $14.50 each but on this closeout they're going for $80/box (smaller size), $85/box (medium size) and $90/box (insanely big size), when they're on sale. Every few days one, two or all three of these sizes will go on sale and drop down to these prices with free shipping. Be patient. I'd recommend the small or medium size, when they drop to these prices with free shipping. The non-sale prices are $10 higher with no free shipping.

This is one of the best cigar deals, very possibly THE best one, at the moment.
