Anyone else tried Rosa De Guadalupe?

I was very disappointed with the Rosa De Guadalupe. It had strong black pepper notes and a faint cocoa note. I had the 6x50, overall it lacked any real flavor.

Well Buzz, Frank is gonna be along to scold you soon enough.
In the mean time, the RDG is an AJ cigar.
Most AJ cigars are well known for needing a nap.....typically 6 months minimum, 12 months better, 2 years even better, and so on.

How long was this cigar in your humi?
(and, it's a 6.2x54 by the way)

What you are saying she is too hot for you and has bad hygiene. Rosa used to show up at herfs and some of the guys like her flamenco dancing.

you didn't get the strong musky flavor with a hint of onion and cilantro? very unique to Rosa de Guadalupe...

Definitely not my favorite AJ. The H. Upmann by AJ is way better. Close price point.

I remember back about a year ago when CI was selling the "AJ's Tag Team Trifecta Super-Sampler" where you get 6 each of the toro vitolas of the H. Upmann by AJ (light blue band), the Monte by AJ and the Gispert Intenso by AJ, 18 total sticks for $53. Great deal, $2.94 per stick!

Then they wised up and jacked it up to $100. Glad I got a bunch of them when they were still $53! Herfing
