I've been wanting to try some of the Roma Craft lines. Bet you got your pack of 10 at the other Pa auction site? They offer up most of their lines for around $5 per in Packs of ten. They offer a few here at CBid now and then in Boxes but they are always mini sizes.

No, I didnt get them at an auction site. I got them from what I call "the tenski place". It's a certain PAGE on the internet. It was the cheapest place I've seen this blend.

That is a great find. MB3 place has them on sale for 131.95 this weekend, and I thought that was a good price.

Ordered those those Neanderthals Wednesday evening, got them today. The Palio cutter is nice as well. Tenski place did a good job with the order.

The cigars look great, cant wait to try them this spring.

I'm guessing you speak in code due to where this is posted but this noob would appreciate it if someone could PM me some links to "the tenski place" and "MB3 place". If this place had a noob FAQ I might have avoided those Ghurkas...

Rocky Patel Sun Grown Maduro Toro 10 pack, $4.50 per smoke. Overpaid by 50 cents per

Camacho Ecuador Toro 10 pack, $3.71 per smoke. One of the best Sub $4 Davidoff smokes imo. This is the cheapest Ive ever seen the toro.

Ashton VSG Sampler 5 count box. 10 bucks per smoke. Cheapest price on the web by a couple bucks per

I have nearly filled up my 48 quart cooler and have completely filled up my 9 quart cooler. To my surprise I have been able to fit 85 cigars in the 9 quart.

I think I'm really done this time. It's time for warm weather, hiking, fishing, camping, backpacking, and of course cigars.

Camacho blowout is still going on at the tenski place.

AND, since it doesnt matter which forum I'm in:

100 pack Cabin Creek "Salty Critter Gitter" Tubes--Green Pumpkin
20 pack Smoke Purple Tubes
20 pack "Get the Net" color Tubes (Freebie)
50 Oldhams weedless Jig Heads 1/16th oz
25 Oldhams weedless Jig Heads 1/8th oz
Six 8 count packs Yum Dinger Green Pumpkin
25 pack of Gamakatsu 3/0 offset shank round bend hooks
5 pack of Gamakatsu 2/0 offset shank round bend hooks
One 20 count pack of Zoom Finesse Worms Watermelon Color
330 yard spool of Stren Clear Blue Florescent 10 lb Test Line
One Bass Pro Elite Series Spinnerbait Firetiger color 1/4 0z

So was the Oliva 2nd Liga V nowhere near as good as a first, or do you just not like Serie V's that much?

Also, what problems did you have with the 2nd? Flavor? Construction?...

I was thinking about trying these one day, if I ever bid here again.

C+ would mean they are better than your good, decent, average smoke. But they are not like Serie V all that much. It's more of a sun grown type of flavor! But I like them! They are a good smoke! And they do get better with age. Mine were only about 2 months out of the cello. Bid $32 on Bundles of 15 of the larger sizes like I did. I scored one at $24 and $31. They are worth a try fo sure! Decello them and let the air out for at least a month and marry a bit.

He thinks he's impressing you all by buying many more cigars than he smokes. Ask him how many cigars he has and how he stores them. Apparently he has enough crappy cigars since he says he's not buying any more of them. Looking at the last batch of "bargains", I didn't see anything I would call a bargain. If he's looking to compete with DPN, he's not in the same class.

why don't you ask me yourself ****! Ever hear of a humidor? In case your dumb ass hasn't you can get them here in 100, 50, and 20 count like I have over the years. And I have about 700 sticks resting at last count in these boxes called humidors. Weather you think that's a lot or not I really don't give a ****.

Smoked the 6.25" x 54 AJ Fernandez Rosa de Guadalupe Toro yesterday. Just ok and slightly above average out of the cello. Tastes like it's needs to age a LONG TIME. Still have 3. Will torch one every 4 or 5 months to see how the blend progresses.

Also burned the 5.5" x 52 Espinosa Crema Robusto. Very good mild smoke.

Not bad. I won a box of BOTH the Toro and Lancero/Churchill. Don't recall which year is which. Both were good smokes after a few months of naked aging.

10 pack of Don Pepin Blue, plus yet another free Palio cutter. Tenski place.

A lot of people really like ****Batch but thus far they really dont even compete with the Tenski place in my book. I have a huge wishlist at *****Batch but I guess those blends rarely go on sale. I'm not going to buy a five pack of something I've never tried when I can get a 10 pack of something I love, plus a free cutter, for the same cost, or most times less...

......I made a BOO BOO and bid on the Diesel Hair of the Dog L.E. Toro Box of 10 for $59.99. Thought it was for a Box of 20. This discount SUCKS. Sells at C.I. for $79.99. Should sell here for $39.99 cheap bastards. With 100 being offered I am probably stuck.

LOL!!!! Cove you know you gotta keep the coolidor stock with a variety of smokes. I'm looking forward to the Illusione Rothchilds; those puppies are hard to find sometimes. I might pull the trigger on a cab.

I hate those rothschilds so much... And I really, really like Illusione...

I think kotc may have been subtly pointing out that the prices you got weren't exactly deals... In the case of the fritas, more of an overbid...

Yea I hear you Opel...I picked these up from CI. Sometimes a will pay regular price to keep my humidor flowing with interesting options. Life is too short not to do so.
