I wouldn't have wanted to live in the Bunker Hill Housing Project back then!
But soon the area will be unaffordable.

Back to the wrappers. At one time Broadleaf wrapped machine made cigars were my go to and Topstone (CT) was my favorite. Tatuaje La Casita Criollas are currently in my stash. Muniemaker was a PA broadleaf that I also often smoked. F.D Grave and Sons, Judges Cave were other Ct Broadleafs. MA had Summerdale. Many pre-embargo Cubans were wrapped with CT Broadleaf. The CT valley was loaded with farms and red barns. Netting was used for the shade grown tobacco. There are still tobacco farms and barns, but far fewer than there used to be. Most of the tobacco grown now is near Bradley Airport. CT wrappers now are mostly CT seed tobacco grown south of the border.

Love the Illusione Corojos. I would imagine corojo/rosado would be hard to find.

Oops! Should have been clearer. Equally like Corojo and Rosado wrappers.

Not to over simplify it, but if you grew up poor and white, you probably grew up in a section 8 apartment complex... If you grew up poor and black, you probably grew up in the projects... Section 8's have pools because their mixed in with non 8's... The projects are the projects... No pools...

I grew up in the projects, now I write checks to charities once a year...

Tread lightly.

I don't feel like I said anything even close to negative about housing projects... But I greatly dislike being told what to do, so I'm probably gonna start...

To answer the actual question: my favorites are Connecticut and Corojo... The third, I want to say Brazilian.
