Driving her to Salt Lake City first, to see her brother. 4 days in the car with her and her boston terrier. What we do for our moms!

Enjoy the national lampoon western vacation.

Wyoming sounds a hell of a lot better than Houston in July.

Sure does, plus mom doesn't want to ride for more than 8 hrs a day, so we are taking it easy. Off to Durango!

Got to bring the Boston Terrier, my sister is on her 2nd Boston and they are such good dogs when they get older and less hyper.

Stopping every 8 hours, sounds like you needed to plan your stops to make it a brewery tour.

As the homestead in Texas floats away....there was a rock slide in the canyon right outside the town where I'm taking my mom. 6 hour detour to come in from the north....Brick wall

If I had to spend that much time with my mother, it would end up like the movie "Throw Mama from the train".

Safe travels!

Great idea evacuating Houston humidity. Please take a little humidity with you as we'll be driving through Houston to Corpus Christi in a few days to see our daughter-in-law graduate from nursing school.
