My wife recently asked me to try some cigars, so we have been trying a few here and there. I've been trying to bid on some here, but we really only have won a few. I'm trying to keep the budget down on them, especially since I haven't really tried many and don't know what we will like or dislike. I used to smoke quite a few, but they were almost always really bold/robust and I've never really been big on the infused side of things. So, my question is.....

Does anybody have a good assortment of various infused cigars that might be willing to work out a deal with me on a good sampler?

Disclaimer: The budget isn't huge, so I can't afford too many. Just looking for like one of each of some of your favorites.

Thanks guys!Herfing Beer

You are probably out of luck. This is not an infused cigar group. Welcome to the mad house, expect to get some insults.

I haven't tried the Cold Infused line, but I've heard good things. They are definitely on the list to try. Thanks

You're right, it's a CIGAR group. I've never seen a post saying you have to smoke a certain type of cigar to be part of the community.

I've been on here a while. A previous account I lost access to, but I've been in and out of the forums since 2013. I know people will take things different ways. I'm not looking for a handout. I just want to BUY a few different cigars that people would recommend for my wife, that's all. People can take that however they want, it doesn't change my intentions.

Cold infusion is not a line in itself. It is actually by Drew Estate. Google DE Cold Infusion.

She would like it: hints of green tea and kind of citrus-like as well.

I gave you honest input. Most here don't consider infused cigar to be real cigars. If you want to be an azz go right ahead. I could agree with you, but there would then be 2 idiots.

I’ve had a Acid Kuba Kuba gifted to me by a friend and to be polite, I smoked it and told him it wasn’t bad. He then gave me another! d'oh!

However, all horror story aside, it wasn’t too bad and iirc, somewhat pleasant. Maybe something your wife might like?

One of many in DE's Acid line. I keep a couple of Blondies around in the slim hope Mrs. Beach may one day try her hand at smoking again. Not enough to help you out I'm afraid

I have some Acid cigars on the list. I've smoked a Kuba Kuba once or twice when I was in Afghanistan when people were trynig a little too hard to share. They weren't too bad, but I know what you mean. I'm thinking I'm going to get one of each of the Acid cigars and see what she likes.

Not trying to be an azz, just trying to make my intentions clear. I know what you mean, and like I said, people can think what they want. My wife has never smoked anything before, let alone cigars.. Infused seemed like the best route. I appreciate the advice about people getting negative, but those are just going to be the comments I scroll right by. Thanks for the input. Herfing

My ex and a few friends of hers liked apple pie very much, I don't think it was an acid, I think CAO made them. Another friend of mine liked opelessence, and Kuba Kuba from the acid line. Another friend really enjoyed the makers mark infused cigars. If she likes coffee javas from JD are good.

I don't smoke infused cigars, but I've been gifted a few DE Tabak Especials....coffee infused...I kinda liked the coffee flavor, but it seems very sweet to me...YMMV

Hahaha What does she look like? Not sure that matters much. I think you've sent me cigars before when I was deployed. I definitely remember your name from a few years ago before I had my spinal cord surgery.

I've had the Cafe Con Leche before and enjoyed them. I haven't tried any of the others in the line.

I've never seen an apple pie ciger. That's kind of interesting.. I do have a few CAO cigars, never tried Opelessence. I have bought the Maker's Mark cigars for easy smokes doing yard work and stuff.

My wife used to smoke flavored cigars up until a few years ago. I've not been too diligent about maintenance, however. I throw fresh Bovedas in the tuperdor every few months when I think of it. PM me a smaller and I'll send you a bunch. Just make sure to humidify them properly for a couple weeks before smoking.

So Mr. Wendell you’re basically looking for somebody to step up and send you freebies? Where should we send them to?

Didn't expect to see my name in this post lol that's a first for me.. Unfortunately haven't infused anything yet

OP the ACID cigarillos they carry at the gas stations for 99 cents each are pretty good. There's red, blue and green.. It's been a while but I think the green was the mildest but they all had different flavors and smoked nice. Then there's black n milds that are made of Middleton pipe tobacco and taste great in my opinion. Jazz was a good flavor but I think they are all good.. And there's Garcia Vega I think they're called 1887 it's a short cigar like a Backwoods and a pack of a couple only costs $1.88, at least it did last year. the ones I had were bourbon or honey. Pretty tasty.

If she doesn't smoke anything now the cheaper options listed here are as good a place to start as something premium and full sized.. She's either going to like it or not. That said I consider the ACID cigarillos to be a premium smoke and you will not find them any cheaper than $.80 each online, which would be 4 or 5 dollars scaled up to a full size. Some of the Sheetz around here carry Blondies as well.. I sampled most of the short filler flavored offerings available a couple years ago and moved on to pipe tobacco shortly after. I'd suggest getting a $5 corn cob pipe and a box of Carter Hall or Cherry Blend; for less than $10 you get as much tobacco as 4 or 5 cigars.

I've had her try some backwoods, swishers, owl something, black n mild jazz, cao, and a couple different java cigars. She liked the backwoods, cao, and java cigars, but the other cheap smokes from the gas station were a no go. Now I'm trying to introduce her to some better cigars since I've usually had better luck with those. Normal everyday stuff, we will do outside and smoke a honey berry or sweet and aromatic backwoods since she liked them and they are cheap.

Thanks man, sometimes people don't read the op, or they read the op and misinterpret intentions and just say screw the comments where I thought I made my intentions perfectly clear. You can't win them all.. It's all good though Beer
