not taking sides or anything, but how long after you sent the prize did you clear your inbox...

I've wanted to send PM's to several members whose in boxes were full, and I rarely make a note to keep checking...CBid should adjust its PM system to auto save the PM's until the in-box is cleared, then send them...

Yeah, I found sending from a phone you don't even see the full mailbox message. It just disappears into the cosmos

To be fair, I had trouble with that early on. So many new flavors to explore. A 6-8 cigar day being the height of excitement. Said excitement being expressed by the drool slipping from my frazzled palate and down my blank, semiconscious face

So.... Dow is closing in on 25,000 again. There would be a certain poetry to Ded being right (his guess was 6/3) but from the wrong direction....

about 8 months after speculation it would clear 27000...DJIA has been on a roller coaster during Trump's term, after many years of steady upward climb...

Presidents sometimes get too much credit or too much blame for the Dow numbers...in Trump's case, he does seem to be able to move the market up and down with his decisions...biggest positives have been deregulation on big industries and tax cuts for the wealthy and for corporations...biggest negative factor has been his trade decisions, especially with China...

Poetry and irony make strange bedfellows.

I kinda feel like we should bring this back up to the top. We're getting close to 25,000 again..... 25,500 right now, and with 300-800 point swings the past couple days it could hit 25,000 any day now.

At some point someone is gonna have to start sending cigars to send, he's gonna have to pay this contest out so many times.... :)
