Have you seen the urinals with the fly imbedded in the porcilan (to f'ed up to find the correct spelling)?

Great idea, helps keep the floor clean!

2 - That one's been around a while! I did that with my son...a friend gave me these things called "tinkle targets" too. Little paper bullseyes that sink when you pee on them - hilarious and relatively effective as far as aim-training goes, but cheerios are cheaper.

I avoid some because of the kick-back of piss when hit. The hard clay like ones I avoid, the softer ones with plastic housing I try to disintigrate(sp?).

Piss IN the water, or on the back of the urinal and the pee stays IN the urinal and doesn't splash OUT and onto YOU.

One AH I work with tries his best to hit everything but the bowl (no urinals) and leaves the seat up before he commences his carpet bomb style piss fest.

He's so hen pecked at home I think he tries to project his dominance at work over the toilet.

I on the other hand avoid the pucks, as MACS said the are a splash back waiting to happen. I prefer piss in the pot not on my pants.

I go to a few places that still have those.

I aim for the side, so the stream hits the rounded surface in a tangential fashion,
and swirls down into the drain. No splash back at all.

Incidentally (in my best cliff clavin voice)... You're not supposed to aim for the urinal cake or the water. There's a point along the wall (frequently marked with a small design or symbol) which is measured to be the location which causes the least amount of splash.
