I had the pleasure of sitting down and talking to Jerry backstage after a Persuasion's performance, many years ago.
Truly one of the highlights of my life !

They never needed a band.
My wife and I saw them MANY MANY times over the years, and one of their signature lines was,
"We've been singin' together all these years, and we STILL ain't got no band !"

ALL of their albums had "This album contains no instrument other than the human voice !" printed on them.
I still get goosebumps when I read that.
