"The First Bottled Bourbon" in the USA

Which I know is redundant, but I just like saying it.
Many times. Over and over again...

Last night

Knob Creek Rye

Although we arrived early, our table wasn’t quite ready so we sat at the bar to have a drink. Three oz. used to make a drink called “Waikiki Nightcap”. Was really good.

Had a glass of wine with my steak.

It’s got potential. Will do a side-by-side comparison with Sazerac to see which one claims the permanent spot.

Bird Dog 10 Year Very Small Batch

Recommended by the adult beverage store manager that I frequent and for $35 and change, out the door, figured why not. 90 proof so pretty easy to drink.
