Nice snag! New cafe is all yours!
Don’t know about the teeth. These days, they try to go in after them before they erupt so that they don’t do damage to the other teeth around them if there’s no room, they’re angled funny, etc.. Our dentist said it actually heals faster that way, too, so I’m hopeful. I’m guessing you’re are already in? My girl did IV sedation, and from what everyone has told me, I’d recommend it. Take a little nap and wake up with a mouthful of gauze and no idea how you got home lol. If you’re really lucky, you’ll be one of the really entertaining types and end up a YouTube sensation. Princess got hers out on the 3rd, and she just yesterday started chewing soft food (versus slurping protein shakes and mashing spaghetti-os against the roof of her mouth with her tongue.) She says the biggest problem right now is that her jaw is still kind of swollen and too sore to open very far. Dry socket is a big scare term, but they put a stitch in each of her inscisions so that’s a lot less of a worry than it would be otherwise. Still being cautious & trying not to do anything clot-dislodging. She was off the hefty pain meds the third day, and now just taking Advil a couple times a day, so that much went fairly quickly. Can’t speak from any personal experience on how they heal up once they’re fully erupted or on older folk, I’m afraid; I still have all four of mine. Just the teeth, mind you. No wisdom lol.
Just curious - why are they only taking three? Won’t it be odd to have one tooth on one side with no counterpart opposite in any direction?
