Won some Padrons and Illusiones from the other place today, and saw this ten pack of DE cigars:

2 Herrera Esteli Toro Especial Natural (6 x 52)
2 Joya Red Toro Natural (6 x 52)
2 Liga Undercrown Gran Toro Maduro (6 x 52)
2 Nica Rustica El Brujito Maduro (6 x 52)
2 Undercrown Shade Gran Toro Natural (6 x 52)

I won with my $18 bid.....
I know, DP would have won them at $12...

Nice score!

I got a LE Herrera Esteli lancero from the shpo that protects me late last week....he then tried taking me into putting in for the west coast DE rep job just vacated by Matt....

Maybe I’ll get you some even cheaper! I kid....can you imagine me as a DE rep?

Hope they're good... Last time I scored a few of these samplers they were unsmokeable... I've sworn off swisher for good...

Hey, if it pays well, why not.
I know you love you some San Andres wrapper..............heh.

The El Brujito goes to my mooching BIL, the Joys Red I’ve not tried, and I like the other 3..........so I figure I got 8 decent workonmytruck cigars a bit over $2/ea........not bad...........but not in the Newell realm either...

Sounds like a good buy to me, much better than some of the proclaimed bargains some post.

In fairness, I probably didn't age them long...

And my experience with them was that they were pretty good and then all of a sudden they weren't good... Without that direct comparison to what they once were, I might've been less likely to swear off of them...

The last Nica's and Herrera's were worth that for sure. Joya Red? Nope. Others not sure...

IMO, Yes! The Liga 9s are amazing. I'd put them up against Padron 1926 any time.

Well, just wanted to thank Opel for jinxing this!

Didn’t some of the cigars as listed in the Sampler.
Instead of Undercrown Maduros and the Herrera Estelli, they sent me JdN Corojo Antano and DE Sungrown..

I contact them and get the “that’s why we say “varies” bullchit cya line..........
They of course offer to take back the Sampler......fuggit......I got no time for that BS.

So, now thanks to Opel, I paid $18 for the two DE Shade Toros which I’ll keep, while the mooching BIL gets the other 8.
Now THAT’S an overbid.

Sorry... Anxious

If it's any consolation, the Undercrown maduros of today are dog rockets and the herrera's you should've gotten would've been yard gars...
