218 lb. Last week walked 25 miles and ran 20 miles for 45 miles in total. Also lifted 7,400 foot pounds. Have a yoga class and instructor picked out to start in October.

25 miles the last 2 weeks will back at work this week . I average around 40 miles depending on how much I run. Its still really hot down here when I get off in the 90°s.

Man, I couldn't run in that type of heat and humidity, I take it indoors well before that.

A good start, keep at it, sometimes your willpower will need to be strong. Also if you do slip get right back up and start again!

That's great Corey, keep it up. I think with the 3 days in the hospital I probably won't have lost any this week, but we'll see tomorrow.

back to 190...+ 2 lbs this week....

I can't seem to avoid over-indulging when the kids come over for pool parties...

216 up 1 this week. Not a suprise with the 3 hospital days. Not my typical exercise, also ate a little more during that time, but back at it today.

Glad you’re back in the race Spey. At this rate, you will be zero pounds in just a few years.
Some would say an unrealistic goal, but I say go for it.
Just a thought........ Which is all you’ll be if you’re successful.

Good start today. Ran 3.5 miles. I will see what I weigh when I get home. Looking to do 10 miles on my days off so tomorrow mornings weight and Tuesday mornings weight will be interesting. I just don't have the time any day to run 15 like I did 3 days a week in high school out of season.

IZON, when I hit the scale at 265.8 lb I hit the scale and hit the 11 button on how pissed off at yourself are you? 0 to 10. I decided to go big or not go at all. Yes, I just gave you great material to work with. So I set 3 goals. 1) to do everything I knew I needed to to get as healthy as possible. 2) to get back to my high school athletic weight, 175 lb. 3) Once 1 and 2 are met to maintain them. This is a good start, but the fat lady ain't singing yet. See, more good material.

210 lb yesterday. Starting to see light at the end of the tunnel, but the fat lady isn't even warming up yet. Honestly it looks like 10 to 15 lb more and the spare tire will be gone. Cajun, great start! Keep it up.

Back from NH and expected a big weight gain, but I only gained 5-6 lbs. this trip. 10 days till my Maine trip - hope I can get back to 240 or less by then and can do better while there.

Hey, IZON, haven't heard about any weight loss from you. You gonna join in, or just hold the bets?

Stayed the same for the week. I'm ok with that after a weekend in Baton Rouge.

BTW, I was caught up in the mess on I12 on Friday heading into Baton Rouge.

Back from Maine yesterday evening - weighed in this AM at 242. Not bad for a lazy vacation week. Next trip is to Cape Cod where we eat out every night and a few lunches too. Need to lose a few pounds before that and need to do some walking when we get there.
