If this woman did half the things she's accused of doing after the alleged rape, she has zero credibility... Hitting AB up for tickets, posting pics of the two of them on Twitter, texting him repeatedly, attempting to get him to invest in her business...

No doubt on the timing.

But the Patriots have become what the cowboys were in the 70s/80s

he retired from serial killing before he was removed from the roster.

all these football things make me wonder why no one wants to admit that the NBA has the cleanest players of all.

NFL has 53 man rosters.

Hill, Hunt, Rice, Carutthers, was it Brown who punted for the Giants?

Tons of these guys in this league. Many more than we ever hear about. Probably a looong list of non-stars who simply get cut at the first whiff of issues.

Had they been mediocre for the last two decades, The Pats would be treated the same as the rest of the enablers in the league.

as usual, I tend to wait for cases to run their courses before knowing the truth, rather than letting my favorite laundry lead me toward "facts" I hope prove my needs to be correct.

It is what it will prove to be.

Well, he did the crime while still employed on Rapelessburgers team.

So there's that.

Agreed. And before NE grabbed him. (see what I did there?)

and it is just an accusation at this point. I'm the one that doesn't think he's as big of knucklehead as he showed in Oakland. I think he was intentional in his actions.

I think this was an evil plot by the Stillers to plant a time bomb in Foxboro.

you're prolly right...but the gold-digger prolly woulda popped up even if AB was still in Oakland...Allred and Bloom spend a lot of time in CA...

Raiders screwed up by making the trade without making sure AB was totally on board...they pizzed away two mid-round draft choices...

That first drive was impressive, considering Brady rarely shows chemistry with a new recruit.
And yet the game story line is the Patriots D.

Is it possible to want AB off the Patriots 6 days each week? And only reinstate him on game day?
Can we do that?
Please?

Not a fan of AB, but this chick looks entirely like a gold diggin' hoochie. She and her lawyer were shakin' him down for a while and when he refused to pay, she goes to the press.

That was my initial take too... But the text messages with pics of the woman's kids? Why intimidate her if all she has are baseless accusations?

There's something more to this and I predict AB is about to take an extended vacation from the game...

The talking heads on 98.5 The Sports Hub, a local radio station, are reporting that AB will be suspended and put on Commisioner's Exempt list by the end of the day today....who knows, we'll see....

I think the Pat's will be Ok without him....probably better off without him and all the negative BS that keeps coming out

100% agreed.... Not a pats fan, but they'll be better than fine without him... Too much developing talent on that team to waste energy on a diva whose best days of ball are behind him...

Five concussions in 4 years of playing for me - but I’m sure there were many more that would qualify. “Got my bell rung” was the common phrase, as well as “Toughen up! Shake it off!”
