She was 1 1/2 years old when we adopted her from a local rescue.

The one cat that kept "circling" and "figure eighting" around my wife.

We have had her now for 6 months, I think we'll keep her.

Well behaved and playful, she is not a good smoking buddy like my dog was as she is not allowed outside so she sits at the screen door and meows the entire time I am on the patio!

We will get her dog to torment in the next couple of years!

Thanks guys, she's a cutie

She is a good drinking buddy, when she hears the ice maker she comes to my chair and waits for me to sit so she can sit with me!

Christopher was the only one of our three cats who would occasionally sit with me out in the patio while I had a cigar...

My cat was a rescue as well. She's like 19 years old or sumpin'... still sits with me when I smoke outside.

My first cat was a rescue from a litter in the woods at a little over a week old. Coyotes would've definitely taken them all. The rest of the litter was divided up with others in the area. Fit in the almost closed palm of my hand when I first got him.

That little fugger would love consuming the trimmings from my cigars. He couldn't wait to get to it. And he would do some things just to pizz me off. Smart little bassard, he was more like a dog than a cat. Still miss him.

The lazy gas-bag that I got to keep him company is still around though...

Yes we do. Lots of people have cats out here.

And I have befriended some feral cats that come around the Vets Hall. It's amazing how they just show up when I put food out! BigGrin

As of today, I'm feeding 4 of the little beggars! Tux, Jolsen, Spike and TJ.

I'll post up some photos when I get a chance.

Also reminds me of my favorite cat. He was a cantankerous old tom. Got him as a kitten and he lived to be 17. Surprised us all when we got new kittens and he was a great protector and great “dad” to them. He would sneak out and bring us back assorted kills. Took care of us all. I miss that cat!
