I'm looking for a variety of cigar bands, and am willing to trade cigars or candelas. My son is testing out his artistic skills making mosaics using cigar labels. Here is a sample of his work:

(wish I had a better phone camera)

He has some other projects in mind, but between the two of us, it'll take years of herfing to gather up enough bands...

How many you looking for? I've basically collected from the start with some vague notion of finding a purpose for them but no craftiness has come to mind. PM me an addy and they're yours

I was saving bands for similar projects with my grandson. He, however, has lost interest in such stuff.

Many years ago, wife and I started buying 3-5 gallon glass carboys to store bands. I have filled a good number of them. Unfortunately, the bands go in a lot easier than they come out.

Sigh - I saved every band for like 10 years, figuring that I’d do something with them - never did and threw them out. I’ll start saving again

Thanks Mr. delta1
A surprise package arrived today. He asked for cigar bands, I sent some. Told him any response was up to him.
The response:

2. 2 packs of beef jerky.
3. 6 cigars I never had.
AJ Fernandez Last call
Fratello Oro
Carrillo Elenos
Laranja Escuro
A. Fuente Flor Fina 8-5-8
And finally, a Roma Craft unknown to me.

Thank you very, very much.
