Here's a suggestion....
For weight-loss

The next time you witness a " possible terrorists event"...

Send a message or call the F.B.I....

NOTHING WILL HAPPEN and the event will be QUASHED BY A JSOC team or An ELITE Army Ranger SQUAD...

THEN IT WILL NEVER BE PUBLICLY REPORTED WHATSOEVER...

THEN...

YOU WILL BE GANGSTALKED INCESSANTLY BY THE
F.B.I.-S.S.G. DIVISION OF CRIMINAL FELON MURDERERS
with guns and badges with the carte blanche ability to break any law in America to try and kill you...

Back to point...

YOU WILL GO INTO A DEPRESSION &
You W.I.L.L. LOSE OVER 30+% of "your pre-warning the FBI WEIGHT " IN ABOUT ??? 6 MONTHS...

230 POUNDS PRE-WARNING
152 POUNDS @the lowest point being gangstalked

Thanks guys! My next goal isn't totally weight related. When I started this my pants waist was a 42. I am down to a 36. I want to get to a 34. I am not sure if I can get there, but I am working with a trainer to set up a daily excersise regime to try to get there.

Bringing this back to the top.

I had gotten down to 213 before Christmas. I am now back to 213. So I'm back to my routine and continue to loose on my way to 185.

Still stuck at 182 for a month but didn't go up over holidays. Been slacking on the beer and ice cream diet - been trying bourbon.

Bourbon hasn't worked for me. I've fallen off the diet wagon, but will be trying to hop on again.

I've had been overeating for a few days (dirty Keto), so I decided to try and do a reset and get back to clean Keto with a 48 hour extended fast. 42 hours in, 6 to go. I've only had 3 cups of black coffee, water and some Redman Real Salt for minerals and electrolytes.

Here's an interesting video on 48 hour fasting by Thomas DeLauer.

48 hours seem like such a long time...

down to 188 after getting some kind of stomach bug in Hawaii, which kept me from pigging out, like I usually do on vacation...

Sorry about the bug, Al, but the weight is great news.

48 hours may seem long, but it really ramps up autophagy and growth hormone. After 24 to 36 hours without food your body starts making new stem cells. Many in the Keto community recommend a 48 to 72 hour fast every month or two, combined with shorter 16 to 24 hour fasts (i.e. Intermittent fasting) every few days. The shorter fasts for insulin and blood sugar control, the longer ones for health, youth and longevity.

Al, I would recommend that you do some research on Keto or low carb. There are hundreds of stories of people who have cured their type 2 diabetes by going low carb. My wife had hypoglycemia, and diabetes runs in her family. Since going Keto, her doctor says that her blood sugar is now normal, and she no longer has hypoglycemia. Her blood pressure lowered from the 170s to the 110s. I was pre-diabetic, had insulin resistance, my blood pressure was in the 160s, and 2 years ago I was crippled with a muscle disease and arthritis. I could only walk by shuffling my feet, stairs where next to impossible, and I could not kneel or get on my knees. I went clean Keto in October 2018. My blood pressure is now in the 120s, my blood sugar is now normal, and the pain in my legs is completely gone. Even though X-Rays showed advance arthritis in my knees, I have no knee pain, and just put down 1,000 sq. ft. of flooring for my daughter, along with all new baseboards. Yesterday I was working all day off of extension ladders with no problems. Plus no more getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom (I was getting up 2 to 3 times a night). I'm 62 years old BTW.

Oh, and the fast worked wonders. I'm down 4 lbs., my cravings are gone, and I have increased mental clarity. I broke my fast with a small Keto meal around 9 PM last night, and am not the least bit hungry.

I'm not trying to proselytize you. Just passing on our experience.

appreciate the info David. Your successful results are truly amazing. Physical recovery also translates to mental well-being and satisfaction.

I'm going to look into the keto diet and fasting.

I've done a couple fasts. 42 and 48 hours... it's not as difficult as most seem to think, but I do get hungry at around the 40 hour mark.

I have to fast again starting tonight. Colonoscopy on Thursday. I'll have close to 48 before I can eat again, after the scope. Maybe if the drugs make me sleepy I'll try to extend it out to Friday morning and make it 60 hours or so.

From what I have been reading, studies show it is beneficial out to 96 hours. Autophagy, growth hormone, BDNF, mental acuity/clarity, etc...

I am trying to lose weight. Currently at 325 lbs 240 is my goal, so back to the gym, no more pizza, and only red meat twice per month. 😕
So, let’s see if I can start losing 1-3 pounds per week between now and March.

Well, since I have to fast tomorrow and Thursday, I figured I would indulge my taste buds this afternoon.

Large fries from McDonald's. Best. Fries. Ever.

If you go Keto you can have all the red meat you want. We have it 3 to 4 times a week. But of course it's the high Omega 3, pasture raised, grass fed organic beef, not the highly inflammatory, GMO grain fed factory farmed stuff. Oh, and pizza using a Fat Head dough or cauliflower crust. Tonight we are having my low carb Chili made with organic grass fed cubed Chuck Roast. Tomorrow night wild caught Alaskan Salmon with low carb cole slaw made with avocado oil mayo, and a side of organic asparagus.

Whichever you decide, I wish you great success.
