Now that they have a few months of rest on them, these are turning out to be a pretty good cigar. Extremely smooth with sweet cedar and leather. Doesn't hurt that I picked up over 30 of these here last spring for $2 per.

Im finding that as well........kind of a sweet cedar, with a creamy, lite leather note in the background.
No transitions, but the flavor isn’t boring, the construction has been excellent.
When I purchased them a while back, I found very little if ANY information about them, but took a chance on them, got kinda lucky I suppose.
Solid morning yard gar..........matter of fact........I’m gonna fire one up in a couple hours, sit on da porch, and watch some NFL.

I picked up a few 5’ers this summer that have been resting. Glad to know it will be a good investment. I enjoy the La Palina line in general.

they're not bad. A good/average cigar. Don't deserve a glass tubos though. Not a bad buy for around $2.50 per. here at CBid.

Save your money for a pair of 5-day periods every May and December at CI, when you can get far better cigars far cheaper.

Last week I got Oliva V Maduros for $1.36 net price with multiple free accessory items (triple-jet lighters, 60-ring cutters, nice-looking big Alec Bradley ashtrays, metal cigar rests, etc.) and free shipping.

Next May will likely have similar nutty-good deals.

Kinda takes the shine off paying $2.50 for "meh" with no freebies.

Watch daily each May and December to see when the sale kicks off. Patience pays!
