despite having all involved in this Ukraine stuff go directly to the "very capable" Rudy G., Trump told Bill O he doesn't know what Rudy was doing there..."he has other clients" was offered as a possibility.

Recently saw a clip in which Rudy responds to the possibility that Trump would run the bus over him..."I have insurance".
Insurance, eh?
Claimed it was sarcasm, but Rudy is no wimp.

Come to think of it, where is Rudy?

I think he is shutting his mouth while prosecutorial investigation into him and any charges which might be brought. Go figure that he is even capable of resisting talking to the media, let alone anyone else...

I really am interested in watching this play out.
Trump is already distancing himself, soon it will be he barely knows the guy, handled some parking tickets for him.
The difference between Rudy and Cohen will soon be known.

this Ukraine stuff will bring down this house of cards... not through conviction by the Senate in an impeachment trial...but by convincing enough voters that Trump doesn't deserve a second term...voter turnout should be historic high...

wonder how many people connected to Trump will end up in prison over this as compared to the number of Trump cronies who landed behind bars over the Russia investigation...



....all while obscuring the "Turkey stuff" where some real shady underhanded deals are happening over Trump's Turkish Hotel in Istanbul...think Trump was thinking about the millions he makes every year from that property when he's negotiating with Erdogan, or ya think Erdogan squeezes Trump over what he could do to wreck that property?

think Trump gives a crap about a few Kurds?

Turkey is one of the few Muslim dominated nations that were not included in Trump's Muslim ban...

tough to watch the transition of this once admirable man ... seems everybody in Trump's orbit become greedy, manipulative, corrupt, dissembling con artists...

there's a book out by a conservative author, who at one time was an influential GOP insider, Rick Wilson: "Everything Trump Touches Dies"

Rudy will prolly get his own chapter or two in the second edition...

Reread this today and it made me think of an interview I watched last night.

I saw an interview with Steve Schimidt where he made a comment about how the kids born after 9/11 are turning 18 and one of them will be the first to die in a war that started before they were born, to remove the Taliban and find Bin Laden. Here we are now giving control back to the Taliban. I still can't get over the meeting that was supposed to take place at Camp David. Makes me wonder why we've stayed so long... I've read multiple stories about how the women of Afghanistan are terrified they are going to lose all their rights again, we've abandoned the Kurds and then I think of all the kids who died or came back broken in body and or spirit. It's a hard pill to have to swallow, knowing we're giving it back to the people who were out there killing our soldiers.
