It’s freezing and covered in snow here in Boston. I smoke inside, but I have a system. In the window is an exhaust fan, and a window in the kitchen is open, blowing air in that direction.
When I set up, I put my air purifier on my table on max, than a smokeless ash tray which sucks up smoke. I also use a Smoke Buddy, or a Sploofy. They’re mainly made for pot smokers and wear out quickly from cigar smoke but help ALOT.
Finally when finished I use 3 things. First, regular Febreeze I spray down furniture, drapes, carpet etc. then the Febreeze mist for the air, finally I spray Ozium in short blasts. I also have Glade plugins all over the house.
Sounds like a lot of work but I’m used to it and it does a relatively good job. I’m sure by now I could’ve bought a RabbitAir with the many small purchases I make. But. It works.

So, 1900-1920 Boston was a force to be reckoned with? Think

From the stories I read on the Innerwebs, Frankie’s the “Negotiator” and Drafter is the “Muscle”...or did I get that backwards? Think

In my living room. Ours has always been a cigar family. My Dad smoked cigars his whole life and they were always smoked indoors. The smell of cigars was never considered a bad thing when I was growing up. I actually like the smell, and it has always reminded me of my Dad and all of my relatives that also smoked cigars whenever they came over to the house to visit.

So... I started smoking cigars when I was "almost" old enough, and continue to enjoy them to this day. :) I do feel for everyone who is forced for one reason or another to keep their smoking ritual outdoors regardless of weather conditions. While I enjoy a good smoke on the porch in the warm summer months, I don't think I would be willing to spend 1-2 hours out there in the dead of winter.
