I have found though that right out of the mailbox, they generally don't burn as well and taste, well, not ready.
Pull one or two, bed the rest. Forget about it.
It's tough. But once you get a little stash built up, it's easier. I have several cabs of tats and several boxes of Fuentes I have not even opened. Just buried them to let them rest. Well, I gifted a few, but other than that they're in the humi at 65/65 sleeping and getting better.
But, you are king, of when they're ready for smoking. The czar of your cigars. The knight of when to light. Yeah, luckily, while we yearn to burn, it is by the burn we learn.
