Joined: 02-11-2014 Posts: 18,178	4035 SPC Pike Place. Had it two maybe 3 years and just popped the seal. It's good. I'm curious if the aging did anything, never had this fresh. Loads of creamy mouthfeel and a sweet finish but up front is laden with spices. It's pretty similar to Plum Pudding. if I couldn't get that, but could get Pike Place, I'd still be happy.

Happy International Pipe Smoking Day, or IPSD! About to go smoke a bowl of something, got a few to pick from at work just for today. Catching up on some others: 4065 Velvet from the pouch, opened the huge can to jar some 4066 Sutliff Country Doctor 4067 Some unknown mainly Virginia blend at San Diego Pipe Club (SDPC) 4068 Bur's Burley Black Watch-last of the orignal attempt at blending,made up a jar for sharing/review at SDPC sometime
