New year, let the infamous box pass start.

It will contain several different types of cigars, no junk, I'm not smoking gurkha crap. Yes that sounds snobby but I dont have time to smoke junk cigars. It will include 1 blind cigar(unbanded). You pick up to 3 cigars and replace them, they should be of value and quality. Do your research if you are not sure of the cigars you are taking OR simply ask us and we will give you ideas and suggestions. Here's the kicker, you take the unbanded cigar and replace it with 1 for the next in line. So ideally you pick 3 cigars plus take the unbanded totalling 4 cigars. When all is said and done we each receive 1 unbanded cigar. Then we are to smoke and give a guess what we think the cigar is. Plain and simple, just a wild guess as to what it may have been. Sound like something you are interested in? You feel like you can abide by the rules? Ok, then.

Box turn around is 3-4 days M A X!!!
Post takes and puts, they must be approved by the group. If we are not at a majority vote as what are taken vs puts, I'll be the final decision.
Post tracking number when shipped.
Probably say it now, small flat rate box, so understand the cost of shipping.
Have to be currently active member, done a handful of positive trades to get in this pass.

At the risk of getting beat down, I'd play.

I gotta be right upfront though, I don't have any unicorns.

I have some good cigars, but nothing rare. So if this is more elitist level I should probably disqualify myself.

Glad you are in Dave. Yeah I figured the unbanded is a twist, give ppl a good chance at trying out thier palette. Makes it more interesting. Plus we can beat each other up on thier guesses, lol.

I like the idea of the mystery cigar. My problem with these passes is the chance to take/put only a few cigars but the cost is $20 to ship each time.

Some day, I'm thinking of a virtual box pass where the shipping would be only for a sfr for your picks.

Go get 'em. I'll be watching this one.

If there only 10 cigars the small flat rate box will work. $8 each ship

Ok guys. I changed the shipping was overzealous, I just worry about the cigars getting beat up is all. We are to adhere to a small flat rate box. I added a person or 2 because well I'm nice like that and we have to adjust for shipping because some are busy and need time, no worries.

So. That said, pm me your addresses and any shipping blackout dates to I can make a logical route for the pass.

How did I get roped into this. As I said, I don't have much of a collection. Just a few old tats - nothing else but small everyday smokes and bubble gum.

I did some of that, without the mai tai...spent a lot of time chasing the grand-daughters around, keeping them from falling into the fishpond and off the sea wall into the ocean
