Threw together the above on Fri night while wife was out of town. I wanted to bump the heat up a little and got over the top with the chile oil and Thai peppers. The avacado, cilantro, chile sauce and lime were the only cool things on the plate.

Did eat a quart of ice cream after and glad I did.
