According to T-shirts I've seen, National Cigar Day is Jan. 1 - Dec 31.

On Feb 27, 1883 the famous Oscar Hammerstein's grandfather of the same name patented a cigar machine (he was a cigar manufacturer). National Cigar Day is Feb. 22 and Feb. 27 is National Chili Day. I know what I'm talking about - I had a chili dog yesterday.

Well, if by adding some "smoked paprika" to it counts, then yes, I smoked it.
