Can I just buy an item at max pricing? Some of us have better things to do all day.

Did this guy just ask if he's allowed to buy cigars from any one or more of several, several online cigar retailers that don't utilize the auction format?

If you bid $2 over the MSRP the auction will end immediately and they will ship you the cigars directly

If you don't want to bid, go to the Quick Buy section. A price will be listed for you to buy the item straight out, instead of bidding on it. You can also go to the Free Fall section. You will see a price counting down that will reset at some point. Click on the price that you are comfortable paying. Oh, and thank you for keeping the lights on for those of us who actually have the required intelligence to get bargains here.

Go to Cigars.com and place an order for what you want. They will ship it out right away for you and you can even ask for next day shipping.

Unless it's a Fuente which requires a double MSRP to win. CBid claims they sell these as a lose leader.
