".....One of those labs was the Wuhan Institute of Virology -- the Chinese lab that quickly identified 2019-nCoV, Mazet said.
The Wuhan lab received USAID funding for equipment, and PREDICT coordinators connected the scientists there with researchers in other countries in order to synchronize tracking of novel viruses before 2019-nCoV.

The project's second funding cycle concluded on Sept. 30, 2019, less than two months before the new coronavirus probably began spreading. ...."

It's like bad Tom Clancy fiction

I think that timeline makes more sense. I believe my family had this in mid December through early Jaurary. All the symptoms fit. I feel like 99.5% on this.

That program, PREDICT, to identify new bio-organisms capable of world-wide spread, to predict pandemics, began in 2009, run by the US Agency for International Development, spending $220 million. It was left unfunded by the Trump Administration in September 2019, when the money ran out.

In May 2018, the Trump administration eliminated the US Pandemic Response team.

Thanks Obama...

I'm still on the fence about this... Lots of viruses going around all the time... I had a low grade fever and chest congestion for over a month straight a few years back... They never did figure out what it was...

But as I take multiple hits off of the inhaler I've had to start using since catching something horrible last December, I kinda wonder if I've already had it...

I will have you 'merca haters know that Jared Kushner has his hands on the helm on this virus-hoax-thing.

That's right - The President has given us his only in-law-begotten son!

An yes, Jared was the original singer of "Mighty Mouse".

#2 & #3...DMV & SPEY

I had that really really bad cough( so freakin' bad that my stomach muscles hurt like a beotch for 2 1/2 weeks... low grade fever for weeks and headaches...some congestion...

Finally kicked it after 6+ weeks with DOXYCYCLINE for
10 days and real codeine cough syrup ( finally got 5-6 hours of sleep at one time ...after weeks not sleeping more than 3 hours at most...

It was brutal...

Funnily enough I feel the same way... I had a nasty flu in December. About a week into January and all of a sudden I was sick again but, sick in a way I never was before.... I had a weird mix of symptoms that didn't make sense to me. It's been in the back of my mind but, then I think nah... couldn't be. Wish there was a test to see if I have the antibodies... I'd take it.

I had a low grade version of that. I thought it was the clap. Slid it under the radar, luckily I have a huge "HUUGE" stockpile of fish antibiotics onhand from a failed apocalyptic enterprise me and a buddy had going.

But who's laughing now? (maniacal laugh, maniacal laugh!)

Have you been a bad boy ? I got the coughing disease around the end of October and didn't kick it until the beginning of December. Wife had it too and subsequently we found out our doctor had it too. The only way I finally got rid of it was by taking cough medicine and night time sleep medications. I wonder if it really started in China or if they were just the first to identify it after a large scale infection.

seems the Chinese are hacking into our social media sites...injecting alternative narratives to the origin of the virus that are catching on...

I was prolly patient zero a few years ago, when I mysteriously was short of breath, could not take a deep breath and couldn't lie down for a couple of days without feeling like I was in a bear hug
