Housewarming Beating

Out of the blue Conan and Al (Palama and Delta1) put the smack down on me in the form of a combined housewarming package. It was a fully stuffed LFR box! Thank you both for a great hit.

Pretty sure this is the breakdown..... Conan’s strike.
2 Boxes of Kauai Kookies (Coffee Macadamia Nut & Mac Nut Shortbread)
3 Kona Bar Coffee Chocolate Bars (Coconut, Macadamia Nut, Passion Fruit)
2 Bags of One Ton Chips
Hawaii calendar
Hawaiian Ice Rea pack
Coconut Pudding pack
Hawaiian Teri-burger pack
Japanese Teriyaki mix
Kaleo’s Music pogs (a reminder of when I lived there)
A sweet kitchen set of towels, washcloths, and drying mat

He also watched what I put down in the PIB and hit me up with 6 smokes I have been wanting to try....
Guardian of the Farm- Claude Chien OR
Guardian of the Farm- Claude Chien v2019
Aladino Corona 2019
Aladino Pet. Corona 2020
Isabella belicoso X 2020 (really looking forward to another Isabella)
Isabella Time Traveler 2020

And lastly, I have received multiple back scratchers from Conan over the years (they get used!) but when I talked to him last, he said he can’t get them anymore. So, he has come up with new “swag” to add to his bombs.....little Saimin Spoons x 2

That was just Conan, now to Al’s smackin’.
13 x Country Archer beef sticks..they look yummy
2 x Pacific Gold jerky
2 x fruit snacks
One beautiful blue Ecin Triple Torch Lighter

Cigars...
El Gueguense - the Wise Man
L’Atelier - Côte d’Or Ltd Edition 2017 (nh)
Micallef Cigars - Experiencia (nh)
Southern Draw - Rose of Sharon (nh)
Southern Draw - Firethorn (nh)
Southern Draw - Kudzu
Balmoral- Oscuro
Casa Fernandez - Aganorsa Leaf Madura
And a Bolivar Belicoso Fino 2011 CC

Brothers...what a great surprise to find this on my new doorstep today. Being stuck here for the next month or so has just been made easier by these generous gifts.

Hope to see you both in the near future. (Conan possibly at the end of May, COVID 19 willing).

Your friend and BOTL,
DAVID

Nice reference. I know it had the corny TV series feel to it, but still love the original IT film

That was the sound of my Road Runner’s horn.

Chrysler paid Warner Brothers $50,000 to use the RR character and “beep beep” sound.

So a couple months ago-ish when Stinger started posting about moving to a new house, there was a clamoring for his new address. Delta was one of those desperately seeking it. Of course as a seasoned CBidder, no way David was gonna give that up. However, he had a business trip planned for March so I told Delta that if he wanted me to be his "mule", I would gladly pass along anything he wanted to give to Stinger. Unfortunately with the travel restrictions and social distancing that we're all supposed to be doing, David's trip got canceled.

Anyway, in the box that Delta sent, in addition to stuff for Stinger's housewarming gift, Al included a "token of appreciation" for my small part. However, since it was a secret, it wasn't like I could post up what Al had sent, 'cause you know, it woulda, kinda let the cat out of the bag. I only now realized I hadn't said anything about what Delta sent so, without further ado, here's what Sneaky Al included:

Bag of Pacific Gold jerky (gone in 60 seconds)
2 bags Welch's fruit snacks (oldest granddaughter snatched those up)
3 Country Archer beef sticks - all gone, they were delicious!

1 each of the following seegars:

Balmoral Anejo XO Oscuro MK52 (nh)
Casa Fernandez Aganorsa Leaf Maduro Robusto (nh)
Foundation El Gueguense Lancero (nh)
Micallef Experience Churchill (nh but heard some good things about them)
Southern Draw Firethorn Toro (nh)
Southern Draw Rose of Sharon Lancero - tried one earlier, surprised at the strength
L'Atelier Cote d'Or Churchill (nh - damn!)
Montecristo Edmundo (cc) - really enjoy this vitola

Looking forward to trying the many nh smokes. Thanks again! Herfing
