Just recently purchased that Daniel Marshall 24kt gold cigar to keep for when my son is born it got "delivered" today all I got was a magazine and a empty ziplock bag. Sent emails and was on hold for 3 hours with nobody to pick up the phone anyone else having trouble getting in contact with Customer Service.

Everyone is having problems with customer service. Unfortunately They do not monitor the forums, so they cannot help from here.
You can try simply staying on hold, cause "your call is important".
Eventually someone will pick up
