Anybody having an issue with Cigarbid Customer Service?

I never received my order, and the tracking number doesn't work. I emailing customer service last week but haven't received a response. I waiting on hold for an hour yesterday before giving up. I've ordered a bunch of stuff from Cigarbid.com in the past and never had an issue. Anyone else experiencing this?

I would actually like to say something in regards to this.
I ordered on the 17th.
Confirmation number only references itself.
No order tracking number.
Customer help line hasn't picked up in this entire week.
Would like to know what is going on at their DC.

I recently made an order for 3 bundles of cigars.
I changed my shipping date from weekly to daily so it would process and ship sooner.
It took two whole days to process and ship anyway, but that was still a day sooner than my designated weekly day.
It was estimated to show up by the end of the day friday.
According to UPS, it's going to show up an entire day early!
