Having a new roof put on my covered patio today. One of the guys working on it has to be 70. He's worked harder in the last 2 hours than I have in the last 5 years combined. It's wearing me out sipping my coffee and watching him. I've shown him a few things I felt he could be doing better and pointed out that "It's gonna be a hot one" today. I think he appreciates my assistance. I also took a tip from our late great brother Wheel and showed him where the hose is in case he wanted to hook it up for a drink.

Naw....just a patio. I asked them to be quick about their work. That is my yoga space and my Chi is coming out of alignment.

I think I mentioned it somewhere else... can't remember where.

Back when I first joined the local gym/pool here in the middle of nowhere Missouri. Didn't know where everything was... figured I'd ask the guy in the lane next to the one I was getting in.
