Good point, sometimes a lot has to do with who drafts you, the coach/system and what the expectations are going in. Rodgers would probably have had much different results if he got picked by say the Browns and instantly thrown out there with no line, no weapons and no hope instead of serving an apprenticeship behind Favre.
