Have you bothered to read before posting the same thing everyone else has incessantly?

SO no I think everything is great. Haven't heard a thing.

You are asking far too much, tee. Why would anyone having customer service problems check the forums to see if anyone else was having the same problems?

That's ludicrous... (as Mike Tyson would say)

No problems here. This is your third post and all about the same problems. Do you know what they say about people who do the same thing 3 times with no success ?

Maybe you can post up details so that CS can read about your issue(s) here instead of going through their e-mails or voice messages before getting to yours?

Or not.

I'm having the same issue with Weber. They have about the best CS I've ever experienced but I can't get through to a human or get an email returned right now. I had a similar issue with Apple and Sole fitness equipment. It's almost as if something is happening that is effecting them all. I don't know what it could be.

That should have been in a PM. If it gets widely distributed it will no longer be any good.

Customer Service subforum anyone?

Maybe just "in these times?"

It's always good to herd the sheep into one place so they can do sheep stuff together.

True.... I've been on hold with Weber now for over an hour and a half. You'd think they would have more staff prior to July 4 rather than less.

Makes me think there might be something going on. Something bigger and more important than grills or cigars.

Could be. I think Weber supports all parties. I just left the speaker phone up while I'm on hold. All I need is new handles/knobs to control the flow of gas. Like the idiot on the other thread that flamed his eyebrows I flamed the knobs with a giant tritip grease fire.

That must have been quite a fire.

I use a Weber charcoal grill. We prolly get a different customer service phone number.

I've got a performer, 3 WSMs, a Geneses, a spirit and whatever the tiny kettle is called. I've got all the digits.

Yea, I wasn't watching. The fire didn't really do the damage extreme heat did. They look rotted but it is heat rot.

Still on hold.

coincidently, I have a greasefire story!
so someone who won't be mentiontioned (MIL) cooked whole chicken and didnt clean the grill or empty the drip can afterwards.
Unsuspectingly, I begin cooking some nice beef ribs, low and slow. I go inside for something and hear my oldest yell, "fire, grill on fire"

I can't get it under control with my puny water spray bottle for quite a while it burns.
Ribs go into trashbag left outside- they smell like gasoline.
Forgot to toss trash bag into trash can, next morning neighborhood marauding racoons had gotten into the trashbag containing burnt ribs. They pulled em out, took one sniff and left em there untouched.
Now it's a constant joke when I fire up the grill whether we need the racoons to decide if its edible.

brand new house.... 1 year old. Had to get the siding replaced last week because someone who we won't identify (wife) was cooking chicken on the BBQ, left it for a few minutes and came back to a roaring grease fire.

Same person who won't be identified (wife) also took a chunk out when she (allegedly) was playing with the weed whacker. The one time she (allegedly) was allowed to use the weed whacker.

Yes, don't understand what happened to their past great customer service. Have sent 3 emails and called 3 times and put on hold for 20 mins, then hang up. Love their recording saying call is very important to us, then never answer. Not real happy with their so-called service.

They tried, but it took too long so they just complained more.

In all honesty, the few times I had to call in within the last year I got through in 20 minutes or less and the service was amazing once I did get through.
